a 24 x 7 basis. Access requires a login and password and
is divided into the following categories / options:
– This option offers users access to a
growing list of questions (FAQs) that are frequently asked
of ARIS’ support and training staff. Subject, keyword
and fuzzy search capability help users find quick answers
to common questions.
– While each Envision update includes
more than 3000 pages of integrated documentation, this option
gives users on-line access to full documentation on the latest
and often yet-to-be released features and functions.
– This subscription-based option provides
over 200 hours of streaming video / audio product training.
Easy to navigate menus, DVD player-like controls and hundreds
of real-world setup and use examples enhance the training
experience.
– This option allows users to request and
schedule web-based or on-site training on-line from anywhere
in the world, 24 hours a day.
– This option provides access to a streaming
video / audio tutorial that describes the setup and use of
the latest Envision features, functions and enhancements.
– ARIS offers several convenient methods
for requesting support. This on-line support facility allows
users to enter issues directly into the ARIS support system
and to receive a tracking number and an initial response or
completion estimate.
– This option allows users to review
the real-time status of open and recently closed support
issues
and enhancement and training requests.
